  • Your images must be available for exhibit no later than 1 pm on Wednesday the week of the Conference. If you will arrive after that time you MUST mail your entries. Please review entry instructions. Thank you.
  • Indicate if you WILL or WILL NOT collect your images at the end of the conference - only applies to conference attendees

  • Provide FedEx/UPS/DHL or similar account information if you are unable to pick up the images at the conference. Return shipping by prior arrangement only.
    All images and videos will conform to the intent and purposes of the Society for Historical Archaeology ethics and non-discrimination statements. By submitting this application the participant acknowledges and agrees to adhere to the ethics and non-discrimination statements of the Society for Historical Archaeology.
  • After hitting submit you will be redirected to the ACUA PayPal website. Please be patient while you are redirected. You WILL have the OPTION to pay using your PayPal account or as a GUEST (no account required).
  • After completing payment you will be returned to the ACUA website, Step 3 to upload your images or video. Review the Call for Entries for details on uploading images and videos.
